Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, ensuring superior quality care, fostering employee engagement, and maximizing customer service, all while prioritizing the hospital's profitability. This hands-on role includes operations management, with a focus on business development, physician relations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality services and fiscal responsibility. The CEO will also be a key member of the senior management team, involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants for the CEO position at the company's inpatient rehabilitation hospital must have a Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record in senior hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to authentic leadership, exceptional customer service, and continuous program development. While not mandatory, prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
