The Company is seeking an Interventions Volume Planner to support operational planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned business areas. Responsibilities include maintaining forecasts, supporting monthly planning cycles, consolidating stakeholder assumptions, analyzing performance and variances, and identifying risks and opportunities. The planner will prepare reports and dashboards, communicate actionable insights, validate planning data, and support leadership decisions. The role also contributes to process improvements, reporting efficiency, and alignment between operational plans and business objectives. Candidates should have a four-year or graduate degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, and typically 2–4 years of relevant work experience; an advanced degree with limited experience may also be suitable. Exposure to business intelligence and reporting tools is preferred. Strong forecasting, business planning, financial analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills are required, along with advanced spreadsheet skills, data analysis, dashboard development, and data validation. Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and attention to process are also important.
