Vice President of IT Restaurant Systems

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Restaurant Systems to set the technology strategy and roadmap across its restaurant operations and franchise network. The role leads technology projects from planning through deployment and ongoing support, oversees restaurant and corporate systems, and ensures reliable service, data security, and compliance. Responsibilities include building and developing the restaurant systems team, managing vendors and technology standards, and supporting new openings and remodels. The Vice President partners with executive leadership and franchisees to prioritize initiatives, improve guest experience and operational efficiency, and manage IT budgets and investment outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred. They should bring at least 10 years of restaurant or food-and-beverage technology experience, including five or more years in senior leadership, with multi-unit franchise experience preferred. Required qualifications include a record of leading technology strategy and infrastructure, selecting and implementing solutions, building high-performing teams, and managing substantial budgets and vendor contracts. Candidates should also have broad technical knowledge of restaurant systems, networks, integrations, and data security, along with strong problem-solving, customer service, and executive communication skills.
