Vice President, Transformation & Integration Greater Gainesville, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Transformation & Integration to lead enterprise-wide transformation, operational excellence, AI and automation initiatives, and acquisition integration. The role translates business strategy into a governed portfolio of initiatives with clear priorities, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include strengthening continuous improvement practices across operations and corporate functions, overseeing digital initiatives, and leading acquisitions from due diligence through integration and value realization. The executive will also develop senior leaders, build organizational capabilities, and foster collaboration across global operations. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in transformation, operations, continuous improvement, integration, or enterprise program leadership, including experience leading senior leaders and large cross-functional initiatives. A strong operational background in manufacturing or another regulated industry, experience in a private equity-backed organization, and a record of leading continuous improvement programs are required. Candidates should also bring executive-level oversight experience in AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation, along with proven M&A integration expertise. A relevant master’s degree and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, project management, or change management are preferred.
