Vice President, Regional Management Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Regional Management to drive the execution of regional business and fundraising plans across European markets. The role leads the regional fundraising lifecycle, adapts broader strategies to local investor needs, tracks progress, and adjusts plans to address changing market conditions. It also involves shaping regional business plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing execution risks, and providing senior leadership with reporting, KPIs, and recommendations. The Vice President will contribute to fund marketing materials and engage with investors and external advisers as appropriate. Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant experience in private fund fundraising, regional management, or institutional client-facing roles, with significant exposure to European markets. They should understand investor preferences and requirements, and bring strong investment, product, financial analysis, and reporting capabilities. Experience with institutional fund marketing and asset classes such as credit, real estate, infrastructure, or private equity is preferred. A postgraduate degree in finance, business management, or a related discipline is preferred; fluent English and advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills are required. Strong relationship-building, planning, communication, judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills are essential.
