Vice President, Urology Greater Miami, FL Area + 2 more

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Urology to lead a multi-site urology service line and unify its practices around shared goals, standards, and communication. The role oversees regional and site managers, strengthens physician relationships, and improves clinic operations, patient access, staffing, and APP utilization. The Vice President will drive operational and financial performance in partnership with finance teams, develop service-line growth strategies, and support referral and market development. Responsibilities also include physician recruitment, onboarding and retention, and improving electronic medical record use and revenue-cycle performance. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, at least 10 years of urology practice or service-line operations experience, and five or more years leading multi-site operations at director level or above. Experience managing multiple layers of leadership across a dispersed organization and working knowledge of revenue-cycle management and electronic medical record optimization are required. The role calls for strong relationship-building and physician engagement, strategic and data-driven operational leadership, change management, and effective communication and conflict resolution.
