Senior Advisor Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor to provide analytical and policy support for its expense, revenue, and capital budget planning and management. Responsibilities include analyzing expenditures, forecasting spending, reviewing revenue collections, and identifying opportunities for operational and budgetary efficiencies. The advisor will coordinate with internal teams on budget projections and requests, respond to budget information requests, and prepare recommendations for senior leadership. The role also involves assessing budget operations and developing strategies to strengthen long-term planning and financial governance. Candidates must meet one of several education and experience pathways. These include a relevant master’s degree and at least two years of qualifying professional experience, a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience, an associate degree or 60 college credits and six years of experience, or a high school diploma and eight years of experience. Each pathway requires at least 18 months in an executive, managerial, administrative, or supervisory capacity overseeing professional work; an equivalent combination of education and experience may also qualify. Relevant experience includes budget administration, accounting, financial or fiscal management, analysis, operations research, or program evaluation.
