The Company is seeking a Vice President of Print Communications Platform to set the strategy, roadmap, and modernization priorities for enterprise print communications technology. The role will lead capabilities for content management, document composition and generation, personalization, client self-service, and integration with print and mail production workflows. Responsibilities include ensuring secure, traceable, high-quality operations; connecting print and digital communication journeys; and balancing client needs with regulatory and production requirements. The Vice President will also develop investment cases, establish performance measures, lead cross-functional governance, and build the platform product-management team. Candidates should bring significant experience in product management, communications technology, document composition, print platforms, or related enterprise services, including leadership of complex, high-volume platforms supporting regulated or transaction-sensitive communications. Required expertise includes platform strategy and modernization, content and document workflows, print production and fulfillment, data integration, APIs, security, resiliency, quality controls, and operational reporting. Applicants should be able to connect print and digital experiences, balance flexibility with controls, and influence leaders across product, technology, operations, design, and business functions. Strong financial judgment, executive communication, and organizational leadership are essential; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
