Head of Quality & Environment

The Company is seeking a Head of Quality and Environment to lead group-wide quality and environmental management and embed its goals in everyday operations, decision-making, and results. Responsibilities include developing processes, reporting, indicators, and operating models in collaboration with business and group functions, while supervising a team of experts and coordinating with external stakeholders. The role also involves anticipating regulatory and standards requirements, leading risk and audit processes, and guiding improvements arising from findings. The successful candidate will advise leadership on performance and develop responsible ways to use data, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies. Candidates should bring substantial experience in quality and environmental management, ideally in a demanding or regulated environment, along with experience implementing strategy and leading teams. Proficiency with quality and environmental management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, is required, as is an understanding of regulation, authority engagement, and audits. Experience across multiple business units is an advantage. A relevant university degree, fluent Finnish and English, and strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills are valued.
