The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and Business Information Security Officer to lead information security for a portfolio of mission-critical financial services. The role will shape and execute security strategy, partnering with business, technology, and security stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and reliable services. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders on security decisions, aligning security practices with business priorities, managing risk, and translating strategic goals into measurable plans. The executive will also contribute to enterprise security leadership, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead teams through change and innovation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information security, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in technology, information security, and people leadership. Experience partnering with product or engineering teams on secure development and delivery practices is required; a CISSP or comparable certification is preferred. Applicants should bring deep technical expertise, strategic judgment, strong risk management and change leadership skills, and a record of building effective teams across diverse organizations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilities are essential, along with experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
