Vice President & Branch Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Branch Manager to lead branch operations and contribute to portfolio growth in account numbers and total relationship balances. The role focuses on strengthening customer service, managing an efficient operating platform, and ensuring productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also serve in designated legal, compliance, and operational oversight capacities, ensuring audit recommendations and contingency plans are implemented. Applicants should have a university degree or higher and proven executive experience in general banking, including sales and service management; prior branch management experience is preferred. The role requires extensive banking product knowledge, experience in product development, strong analytical and planning abilities, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Required credentials include relevant trust, foreign exchange, investment, insurance, financial markets, internal control, compliance, and anti-money-laundering qualifications, along with training in protections for older customers.
