The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Operations, Program Management to set strategic direction and lead global clinical program delivery across a late-stage oncology portfolio. The role oversees program planning and execution to ensure delivery within scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets, while promoting consistent practices and proactive risk management. Responsibilities include leading and developing program directors, planning portfolio resources, contributing to governance and development decisions, and serving as an escalation point for cross-program issues. The Executive Director will also strengthen stakeholder and external partner collaboration, sponsor cross-functional improvements, guide organizational change, and oversee departmental activities and budgets. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of late-stage oncology drug development experience; experience as a senior global clinical program director or equivalent is preferred. Required qualifications include people and performance management, talent development, resource and budget planning, and experience contributing to clinical operations improvements across programs. Strong global program delivery, project management, risk management, communication, influencing, and stakeholder and partnership management skills are essential, along with the ability to lead culturally diverse teams and manage change. An advanced degree and broader clinical development experience are desirable.
