Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Greater Wichita, KS Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction across its operations. The CEO will oversee personnel, programs, finance, production, facilities, safety, governance, and organizational development, while ensuring effective administration and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include facilitating board activities, leading corporate operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation. The CEO will also build relationships with stakeholders, represent the organization publicly, and lead crisis management and risk mitigation. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and have at least five years of progressive experience in rehabilitation programming. They should bring extensive knowledge of services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, relevant regulations and compliance standards, and rehabilitation principles and practices. Strong communication, financial analysis, business management, personnel administration, program evaluation, and market-based planning skills are required. The role also calls for experience working with boards, evaluating programs, directing operations, using resources effectively, and writing grants.
