Executive Dean, Business Faculty

The Company is seeking an Executive Dean to lead the strategic academic and commercial direction of its Business Faculty, driving performance, growth, innovation, and alignment with organizational objectives. The role oversees curriculum development, programme enhancement, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while building high-performing academic teams. The Executive Dean will champion student success, strengthen industry and professional partnerships, and advance research, innovation, and institutional reputation. They will also represent the faculty in senior academic and industry forums and guide faculty-wide operational and strategic initiatives. Candidates must hold a PhD and have at least 10 years of progressive higher education leadership experience, including oversight of large faculties, academic operations, and complex stakeholder environments. Strong expertise in curriculum development, accreditation, academic governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance is required. Applicants should demonstrate success leading large student populations, multi-campus operations, and geographically dispersed teams, as well as delivering academic transformation and growth. A strong record of research, publications, and professional contributions is expected; prior experience in a senior academic leadership role is preferred.
