Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Greater Al Ahmadi, Kuwait Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its strategy, programs, partnerships, people, and operations, delivering measurable impact for young people and supporting long-term financial sustainability. The CEO will set goals and performance measures, guide innovation, and work closely with the Board on governance, reporting, and implementation of decisions. Responsibilities include leading fundraising and partnerships, overseeing program quality and impact, and managing budgets, operations, risk, and internal controls. The CEO will also develop and hold the senior team accountable, foster an inclusive and high-performing culture, and represent the organization to partners, media, and the public. Candidates should have at least 10 years of professional experience, including five or more years in senior leadership, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred. A demonstrated record in fundraising, partnership development, and public- and private-sector relationship building is required, along with experience managing budgets, teams, and Board relations. Nonprofit, education, or youth development experience is an advantage, while relevant private-sector leadership experience may also be considered. Strong strategic, communication, presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential, as are fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English, knowledge of the local business and public-sector environment, and a commitment to youth empowerment.
