Vice President of Operations Greater Ardmore, OK Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the quality, efficiency, and financial performance of its aviation maintenance facility and related off-site activities. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, projects, budgets, staffing, schedules, and profitability while ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations, customer requirements, and safety standards. The role also involves supporting business development, addressing customer needs, maintaining facility assets, and improving operational processes. The Vice President will oversee personnel training and quality practices and provide regular updates on operational performance. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in aviation management or a related leadership role, along with a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant license; a bachelor’s degree in a related field and Inspection Authorization are preferred. Experience overseeing personnel, projects, budgets, quality, and heavy maintenance, modifications, or refurbishment is required. Strong communication, team leadership, financial analysis, and regulatory problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation-related enterprise and warehouse management systems. A valid driver’s license and an active or obtainable security clearance are also required.
