Associate Vice President, People Transformation Greater Dubai, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, People Transformation to lead initiatives that simplify and redesign processes across the employee lifecycle. The role oversees HR technology improvements, transformation roadmaps, operating models, governance, and major programmes from planning through implementation and benefits realization. Responsibilities include strengthening employee experience, leading the employee survey programme, and using workforce analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, drive adoption of new ways of working, and ensure initiatives meet governance, audit, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organisational Development, or a related field, and have strong experience in people transformation, HR technology, digital transformation, employee experience, or HR operations. Proven leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programmes and major technology implementations is required, along with knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms. Applicants should bring expertise in project and stakeholder management, process improvement, automation, change management, and workforce analytics. Experience in financial services or another complex organization is advantageous; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is also beneficial.
