Vice President for Enrollment Services

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Services to lead student recruitment and enrollment growth. The role develops and executes multiyear strategies, manages recruitment funnels and operations, and improves prospective student engagement, conversion, and yield. Responsibilities include using data, market research, CRM systems, and responsible AI to guide decisions and strengthen recruitment performance. The Vice President also collaborates across academic, marketing, financial aid, student development, and external partner groups, while leading admissions teams, budgets, and enrollment reporting. Candidates should have a preferred master’s degree and typically 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in higher education enrollment, recruitment, or a related growth function. Required qualifications include measurable success in enrollment or comparable growth objectives, experience leading teams through change, and expertise in funnel management, forecasting, CRM systems, analytics, and recruitment resource planning. Strong executive communication, financial judgment, collaborative leadership, and knowledge of student privacy, admissions, and financial aid compliance are essential. A strong Christian commitment and respect for students and families from varied backgrounds are required; experience in mission-driven education, predictive analytics, responsible AI, and undergraduate and graduate recruitment is preferred.
