The Company is seeking a Vice President, Automation Testing Application Development Manager to lead a team of engineers and contractors and shape automation testing across technology delivery. Responsibilities include guiding the use of AI-driven testing methods, overseeing testing frameworks and application development systems, and evaluating proposed solutions for quality, performance, and delivery. The role also involves setting testing strategy and standards, managing team performance, budgets, resources, and timelines, and coordinating with technology leaders and external partners. The successful candidate will identify and manage testing risks and ensure processes meet applicable regulatory and policy requirements. Candidates should have at least six years of financial services experience, including experience as an application development manager or senior application development professional. Hands-on experience with AI and automation testing tools, along with team and stakeholder management experience, is required. Strong leadership, project management, communication, and knowledge of industry practices and standards are also important; Python experience is relevant. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and a master’s degree is preferred.
