Managing Director Greater Key West, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead a multi-property resort portfolio, with full operating and financial accountability across hotel, spa, marina, food and beverage, and recreation operations. Responsibilities include developing leadership teams and a service-first culture; managing budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and profitability; and directing pricing, sales, marketing, and revenue management. The Managing Director will oversee guest experience, facilities, safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity, while serving as the primary liaison to ownership and representing the resorts in the local community. The role also requires integrating the properties’ offerings and maintaining operating standards and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have senior leadership experience as a General Manager or Managing Director of resort or full-service hotels, including responsibility for properties or portfolios with at least $20 million in revenue. Hands-on resort or hotel spa oversight, strong financial and revenue management skills, and a record of achieving budget, guest satisfaction, and team engagement goals are required. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is expected. Preferred qualifications include experience with luxury or branded hotels, marinas, waterfront operations, food and beverage, group events, ownership reporting, and coastal crisis management.
