Head of Fundraising

The Company is seeking a Head of Fundraising to lead the development and delivery of its fundraising and philanthropy strategy. The role focuses on securing sustainable philanthropic income, cultivating relationships with current and prospective supporters, and managing relationships with grant-giving supporters. The successful candidate will build supporter engagement and investment in alignment with the organization’s wider strategy. They will also coach colleagues in making effective fundraising approaches and lead a high-performing team. Candidates should bring substantial fundraising experience and a proven record of securing significant gifts, including large six-figure donations through direct personal approaches. Experience developing and delivering fundraising strategies, managing teams, and building strong stakeholder relationships is essential. The role also calls for strategic thinking, influencing skills, and the ability to grow philanthropic income in support of long-term organizational goals. Relevant experience from a range of sectors and organizational settings is welcome.
