The Company is seeking a Vice President, Project Manager to lead a team overseeing acquisitions of limited partnership interests in affordable housing developments. Responsibilities include managing transaction execution from underwriting and due diligence through closing, setting team priorities, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring transactions meet investment standards and established processes. The role also involves guiding negotiations, reviewing financial feasibility and due diligence materials, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing relationships with developers, investors, and internal stakeholders. The Vice President will oversee investment recommendations and risk assessments, support investment reviews, mitigate transaction risks, and improve processes to promote consistent execution. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in real estate finance, development, or affordable housing transactions. Extensive experience underwriting, structuring, and overseeing complex real estate transactions is required; experience with tax credit investments is preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of real estate development and finance, advanced financial analysis skills, and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role also requires demonstrated experience managing and developing professionals, leading transaction teams, and handling multiple complex transactions. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential.
