Associate Vice President of Mortgage & Member Business Lending

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Mortgage and Member Business Lending to oversee daily lending operations, manage loan portfolios, support growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes improving lending processes and policies, monitoring performance and market trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen products and portfolios. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while monitoring loan quality and managing risk. They will also coordinate with vendors and other departments to improve operational efficiency and the member experience. Candidates should have at least five years of lending operations experience, including three years in a lending leadership or management role, with an emphasis on mortgage lending. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. The role calls for knowledge of lending practices, risk management, underwriting guidelines, and applicable regulations, along with strong communication, leadership, organization, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion are also required.
