Vice President, Management Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Management Operations to oversee a portfolio of residential condominium and cooperative properties. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, regulatory compliance, maintenance, capital projects, service standards, and consistent operating procedures. The role also oversees property budgets and financial performance, prepares reporting and variance analyses, and serves as a key liaison to boards, ownership groups, and residents. The Vice President will lead and develop property management staff and collaborate with internal teams on corporate initiatives and cross-functional projects. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. They should bring 7–10 years of residential property management experience, including at least three years in a leadership role; experience with condominium or cooperative portfolios is preferred. Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills, along with excellent communication and client relationship abilities, are required. Professional property management designations are preferred, and a real estate license is an advantage.
