Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Transaction Lead, Transaction Advisory, TPAG Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a transaction advisory professional to review complex structured transactions and other new business. The role involves conducting technical accounting and regulatory analysis, supporting transaction approvals, and coordinating Finance’s review of valuation, booking and controls, business cases, financial resources, liquidity, and related considerations. The successful candidate will help ensure governance requirements are followed, provide constructive challenge to deal teams, and contribute to process improvements and wider team initiatives. The position also requires clear communication of findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Candidates should hold a recognized professional accountancy qualification or equivalent, as well as a university degree or equivalent, and have at least 10 years of relevant investment banking experience, including accounting or regulatory accounting. Strong knowledge of investment banking products, complex structured transactions, and financial resource management is required. Applicants should demonstrate sound problem-solving, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly under pressure and to tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience preparing senior-level presentations and reports are expected, along with the ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows.
