Head of Global Key Account Management, APAC

The Company is seeking a Head of Global Key Account Management for the APAC region to drive strategic growth and lead key customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional account strategies aligned with global objectives, expanding relationships with multinational customers, and identifying opportunities across existing and adjacent markets. The role also involves leading and developing regional account professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the region in global strategy discussions. Candidates should have senior-level experience in commercial leadership, strategic account management, or business development, with a background in freight forwarding, logistics, or healthcare logistics. Experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical logistics, or temperature-controlled supply chains is highly valued. Applicants should demonstrate success managing regional or global strategic accounts, developing high-performing teams, and delivering commercial growth. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in complex, matrixed organizations are also required.
