Vice President of Procedural Services Greater Warner Robins, GA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procedural Services to set the philosophy, goals, and objectives for perioperative and other procedural areas. The role provides administrative, financial, nursing, and operational oversight across services such as operating rooms, pre- and postoperative care, anesthesia clinics, endoscopy, sterile processing, cardiology, procedural radiology, and labor and delivery operating suites. Responsibilities include leading service planning and quality improvement, managing staffing and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving continuity and quality of patient care. The Vice President will collaborate with physicians, medical directors, and organizational leaders to develop programs, strengthen surgeon relationships, and support sustainable service growth. Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse and hold a master’s degree in nursing, health administration, or business administration. At least seven years of operating room experience, including progressive management experience, is required; director-level experience is preferred.
