Vice President, Corporate Controller Remote (anywhere in Massachusetts)

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead its accounting function and oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, the integrity of financial controls, and the effectiveness of financial systems. Responsibilities include managing close and reporting processes, cash flow and working capital, audits, tax compliance, equity compensation, and payroll oversight. The role will lead financial systems improvements and automation, partner with finance and operational teams to provide actionable analysis, and support commercial and business planning. The successful candidate will also develop the accounting team and strengthen processes as the organization grows. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including five or more years in a Controller or Vice President of Controller role, and an active CPA license. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; an MBA or master’s degree in Accounting is preferred. Applicants should bring experience in high-growth, private equity-backed businesses, significant revenue scaling, and technology-enabled services or services-and-hardware models. The role also requires expertise in complex accounting, financial systems, and implementing automation with measurable results, along with strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills.
