Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function for an international, multi-entity group and support its next phase of growth. Responsibilities include overseeing statutory audits, producing statutory and consolidated financial statements, and ensuring accurate monthly and annual closings. The CFO will manage tax compliance, cash flow, working capital, and relationships with financial institutions, while bringing key finance activities in-house. The role also includes supporting ERP migration and the adoption of automation and AI, leading the finance team, and contributing to growth initiatives such as acquisitions and fundraising. Candidates should have a master’s degree in finance, accounting, or auditing; professional qualifications such as DEC, DSCG, ACCA, or CPA are valued. At least 12 years of finance experience is required, ideally including experience with a major accounting firm, and experience in retail, fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce is essential. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of French accounting, taxation, and statutory audits, along with experience in international multi-entity groups and consolidation. UAE-related experience is preferred, and fluency in French and English is essential.
