The Company is seeking a Managing Director to build and lead the operating structure for a growing, multi-practice professional services firm. The role will establish clear practice leadership, P&L accountability, performance measures, management cadence, delivery standards, and escalation processes. Responsibilities include translating growth and acquisition plans into operating priorities, scaling practices, integrating acquired teams and operations, and overseeing portfolio performance across revenue, margins, delivery quality, and client outcomes. The Managing Director will also develop practice leaders, strengthen client and vendor relationships, improve systems and reporting, and reduce reliance on founder intervention. Candidates should have substantial experience scaling professional services, consulting, systems integration, advisory, or multi-practice organizations, along with a track record of owning a meaningful P&L or business unit. Strong acquisition-integration capabilities and commercial credibility with senior clients, vendors, and practice leaders are essential. The role requires comfort with business systems, project management tools, dashboards, operating metrics, financial controls, and executive communication. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, high ownership, direct communication, and the ability to introduce disciplined operations without unnecessary bureaucracy.
