The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to serve as the senior technology partner to its global product strategy and operations organization. The role translates business priorities into a multi-year technology roadmap and oversees the strategy, delivery, reliability, and improvement of platforms supporting commercial and medical functions. Responsibilities include governing technology investments, preparing systems and teams for product launches, and advancing data, analytics, automation, and AI solutions from pilot to sustained business use. The leader will establish scalable operating and architecture models, manage delivery partners and risks, and build a high-performing technology organization with clear accountability. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior responsibility for a major portfolio in life sciences or another regulated industry; an advanced degree is preferred. They should bring a record of setting and executing technology strategies, roadmaps, budgets, and architecture, and leading complex applications, data, analytics, digital, automation, and AI portfolios. Experience supporting commercial functions, product launches, transformation, and growth is important, along with expertise in governance, security, privacy, data integrity, continuity, and technology risk. Strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and demonstrated success scaling innovative solutions into measurable business outcomes are also required.
