Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in manufacturing operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production performance, achieving targets, and overseeing operational efficiency across multiple units. This role requires a keen focus on financial performance, budgeting, and expenditure, as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities in quality, procurement, and sales and marketing. The COO will also be tasked with reducing machine downtime, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10-18 years' experience in a similar manufacturing operations role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting strategic initiatives and corporate projects, and be adept at leading and managing a team to meet the company's operational goals. Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry are essential.
