Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage its manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production performance, achieving targets, and overseeing operational efficiency across multiple units. This role involves monitoring financial performance, budgets, and expenditure, as well as coordinating cross-functional activities in quality, procurement, and sales and marketing. The COO will also be tasked with reducing machine downtime, improving productivity, ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards, and supporting strategic initiatives and corporate projects. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred, and 10-18 years' experience in similar manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production performance, target achievement, and operational efficiency. Experience in financial monitoring, budget management, and cross-functional coordination is essential. The role requires a strong focus on reducing downtime, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The COO will also be expected to support strategic initiatives and corporate projects, making a background in this area a valuable asset.
