Head of QESH

The Company is seeking a Head of QESH to join their management team and lead the development and implementation of quality, environmental, and safety policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a strong QESH culture, with a particular emphasis on safety, and will be the central point of contact for all QESH-related matters within the organization. This role involves staying close to the shop floor, maintaining contact with all levels of the organization, and ensuring the translation of strategic QESH action plans into practical initiatives. The Head of QESH will also be involved in coordinating audits, conducting risk analyses, and leading the implementation of preventive measures. Applicants for the Head of QESH position at the company should have a Bachelor or Master's degree, a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in a QESH role, and a minimum Level 2 Prevention Advisor certification. A thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and VCA is essential, as is experience with CPBW and guiding audits. The role requires a hands-on mentality, an empathetic and coaching style, and the ability to communicate effectively to raise awareness and guarantee a lasting safety and quality culture. The ideal candidate will be Dutch-speaking, with a good knowledge of English and French, and will be adept at building buy-in and collaboration within the organization.
