Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Greater Buderim, Australia Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its transition from a traditional service model to a diversified, multi-entity group. The CEO will set and execute group strategy, ensure service quality and safety, and oversee financial sustainability, regulatory standing, and growth. Key responsibilities include developing new income streams, grants, programs, and service areas; building a high-performing executive team; and working closely with the Board. The CEO will also represent the organization to funders, government, partners, and the community. Candidates should bring significant senior executive or group CEO experience, including full operational and financial accountability at scale, ideally in disability, community, health, or human services. A strong record of leading transformation, growth, or diversification is required, along with commercial and strategic acumen, board experience, and financial capability across budgeting, cash management, and service viability. Applicants should have working knowledge of the NDIS regulatory environment, safeguarding and incident management expertise, and values-based, rights-based leadership. Experience with multi-entity structures and a governance qualification are desirable; required checks and clearances include worker screening, a Working with Children Check, and a national criminal history check.
