Head of Legal Affairs

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal Affairs for its Japanese subsidiary. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all legal matters, including the creation and negotiation of contracts for business projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, and providing legal risk analysis and solutions. This role involves a high level of collaboration with business personnel, continuous training on global compliance programs, and the promotion of corporate ethics. The Head of Legal Affairs will also be involved in addressing legal issues in daily business support, and timely information sharing on legal revisions and new issues. Applicants must have practical experience in corporate legal affairs, a Bachelor's degree, and be fluent in Japanese with business-level English.
