The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for providing leadership and management for the organization.

Known Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in a senior executive management position in an oil & gas operating environment required
- Experience of corporate governance & general management best practices preferred
- Prior experience in mergers & acquisitions preferred
- Experience of corporate finance, performance management principles & working for a publicly traded organization preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
