About the Role
Locations:
Greater Dallas, TX Area (On-site)
The Assistant Vice President, Asset Manager will be responsible for managing Property Business Plans in efforts to advance investment operations.
Functions:
- Finance
Known Requirements:
- 6+ years experience of real estate investment & asset management required
- Prior multifamily experience preferred
- Prior experience in financial modeling using excel or excel based tools preferred
- Experience of accounting, real estate finance & key investment metrics preferred
- Prior Experience in successfully implementing & overseeing value add capital projects to achieve significant ROI on multifamily assets preferred
- Prior experience with excel, word & powerpoint preferred
- Prior experience in yardi and/or argus preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Master's Degree preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
