Vice President, Financial Crimes Intelligence Reporting

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Financial Crimes - Financial Crimes Intelligence Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading an intelligence gathering and reporting function within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Investigations division. This role involves creating and driving intelligence products to support the global financial crimes program, proactively identifying control weaknesses, and mitigating financial crimes risk. The VP will be expected to gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources, identify connections, patterns, and trends, and utilize data mining, analytics, and visualization techniques. They will also be tasked with leading the creation of analytical reports, providing intelligence briefings, and developing strategies to enhance existing products and processes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a related field preferred, and at least 8 years' experience in intelligence gathering and reporting, particularly within financial crimes in a global organization or government agency. The role requires superior writing skills, experience interacting with senior leadership, and a proven track record of being detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative. A systemic and process-oriented thinker with an enterprise risk management perspective is essential. Preferred skills include experience with banking regulators, a thorough understanding of financial crimes risk management, and proficiency in data analysis tools. The role demands the ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, and build strong partnerships across various functions.
