Vice President, Growth

The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to spearhead its acquisition strategy and investment in growth. The successful candidate will be a key leader, driving the company's growth tactics across various regions and segments. This role demands a talented individual with a strong quantitative background, excellent technical skills, and sound business acumen. The Head of Growth will be responsible for leveraging data-driven and experiment-driven approaches, as well as creative strategies, to maximize acquisition and engagement across all marketing channels. Working in close partnership with the Marketing Leadership team, the Head of Growth will own and lead the metrics for pipeline and conversion, and be at the forefront of measuring and guiding multichannel spend. A successful candidate for the Head of Growth position at the company will have a proven track record of out-of-the-box thinking, optimizing the ad and channel mix, and crafting compelling advertising campaigns. The role requires the ability to think strategically, identify new channels for growth, and enhance the overall buyer experience. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with up-leveling all aspects of growth operations, from investment forecasting to pipeline attribution, and will be expected to define and track KPIs and performance metrics rigorously. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior growth role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B technology environment, and be adept at managing resources to ensure the successful execution of multi-pronged growth programs.
