Vice President, Financial Analysis

The Company is seeking a Financial Analysis VP with a strong background in finance and business management, particularly within the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including financial and strategic analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing decision support to enhance profitability and efficiency. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for driving financial solutions, who can partner with multiple stakeholders and deliver value-added financial analysis to support the firm's strategic direction. Key responsibilities for the Financial Analysis VP include driving the production of budgets and monthly forecasts, creating reporting and analytics for senior management, and ensuring that financial plans align with the firm's strategies. The role also involves overseeing location strategy financial analysis, capital project plans, expense forecasts, and headcount location plans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and business management, with a preference for those who have worked in real estate finance. Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS products are essential. The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to handle multiple deliverables with critical deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is required, with a preference for an MBA or MS, and experience with financial systems such as EssBase and SAP is a plus.
