Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The role also involves managing investor relations, communicating with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements. Experience in building and operating accounting, tax, and internal control systems is essential, with a preference for candidates who have been involved in the healthcare or AI technology industry. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a proven track record in financial strategy and execution, with a minimum of 10 years' experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of investor relations, capital markets, and a strong background in financial risk management and compliance.
