Interim Head of Resources Greater Beijing, China Area

The Company is seeking a Head of Resources to lead the development and delivery of an efficient, flexible, and cost-effective operational platform across multiple offices. The role provides strategic leadership to resources and office IT teams, aligning priorities with organizational objectives and fostering a service-focused culture. Responsibilities include overseeing facilities, premises, office IT, people services, assets, space, suppliers, and regulatory compliance. The postholder will also lead business continuity and crisis preparedness, manage operational risks, oversee budgets and procurement, and deliver measurable efficiencies. Applicants should have a degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience, along with written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin. Essential experience includes leading operations or resources management in a large international organization, managing a large team, and working in a complex regulatory environment. Experience leading organizational change to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness is desirable. The role also requires strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
