Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its technical and commercial operations, with responsibility for revenue, profitability, and strategic and operational development. The role includes leading and developing a team, managing complex infrastructure projects from conception and financing through construction, and coordinating strategic transport initiatives. The Managing Director will build strong relationships with public-sector clients and guide the organization’s future development, including the adoption of collaborative methods and emerging technologies. Candidates should hold a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field, and bring substantial experience in construction project management and complex infrastructure or investment projects. Several years of personnel management experience and a strong record leading interdisciplinary teams are required. The role also calls for entrepreneurial thinking, sound business knowledge, and strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. A collaborative approach and high social competence are essential.
