The Company is seeking a Credit Officer, Vice President to join their Risk Management and Compliance division. The successful candidate will be a key member of a cross-functional team, responsible for delivering credit solutions to a diverse range of high-growth industries. This role involves assessing and managing risks for new and existing borrowers, conducting in-depth due diligence, complex financial modeling, and legal negotiation. The Credit Officer will also be expected to mentor less experienced team members, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Applicants must have a BA/BS/BBA degree, with a preference for those with a background in direct lending and/or digital infrastructure lending. A minimum of 6 years' experience in commercial banking and extensive credit analysis is required, along with a strong understanding of bank credit policies and procedures. The role demands a candidate with significant accounting and finance knowledge, a strong working knowledge of credit agreements, and a proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a high degree of initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure. Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to learn quickly are also essential for this position.
