The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Healthcare Services M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, serving as a key point of contact for clients and other deal counterparties, and overseeing the preparation of various deal-related materials. This role requires a professional with significant, direct Investment Banking M&A experience, typically 5 years or more, and a strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing upper mid-market and/or large-cap transactions, with experience in the healthcare sector being strongly preferred. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include directing valuation and financial analysis work, managing and mentoring junior team members, and supporting business development efforts. The role also involves partnering with senior bankers on deal strategy, positioning, and negotiation of key transaction terms. The candidate should possess excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to manage transaction execution independently. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
