The Company is in search of an Associate Provost to play a pivotal role in advancing academic excellence, innovation, and student success. This senior leadership position is focused on influencing both undergraduate and graduate education, faculty development, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the institution's degrees, leading academic operations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, assessment, and academic oversight, as well as fostering an environment that supports the recruitment, retention, and development of faculty and staff. The role also involves representing academic affairs in shared governance, external organizations, and with governing bodies. Applicants for the Associate Provost role at the company should hold a doctoral degree and have a minimum of five years' of senior academic leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, organizational, and management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with higher education processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary environments are essential. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage conflict, lead significant projects, and collaborate with a diverse range of faculty and staff. Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience in higher education, teaching experience, and a background in developing and supporting academic programs.
