Associate Vice President, Financial Crime Detection & Digital Enablement
About the Role
Greater Hyderabad, India Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking an AVP for Financial Crime Detection and Digital Enablement. This role is pivotal in the Privacy and Access team, which is responsible for ensuring that the right privacy and access management controls are in place across the financial crime function. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day access management operations, driving process efficiency, and innovation, and ensuring that access is provisioned and maintained in line with privacy principles, rules, and regulations. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end access management for assigned applications, assessing and redesigning access processes, building strong partnerships with stakeholders, and driving the automation of access and controls. The role also involves MI management, risk, control, and stakeholder management, with a focus on achieving zero data breaches and measurable improvements in access management metrics. To be successful in this role, candidates must have proven experience in access management operations, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and a demonstrable capability in process improvement. A strong control mindset, leadership experience, and proficiency in MI management are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in RBAC/ABAC concepts, privileged access, and approvals, and experience with Jira and Confluence. The role requires a proactive individual who can ensure that access processes align with security and regulatory expectations, manage key stakeholders, and drive governance forums. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, and decision-making, and be committed to maintaining a culture of continuous professional development and a diverse, inclusive work environment.
