Associate Vice President, Solution Architecture Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Solution Architecture, to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions and strengthen enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include assessing existing systems, identifying security and performance gaps, and defining cloud migration strategies and roadmaps, including hybrid and multi-cloud approaches. The role will embed security-by-design, conduct threat modeling, establish secure integration patterns, and support compliance in CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will present designs for governance review, advise business and IT stakeholders, evaluate technologies through proofs of concept and minimum viable products, and mentor architects and technical teams. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, with 10 or more years of IT experience, including at least five years in solution architecture and substantial security and application architecture responsibilities. Strong knowledge of architecture and design principles, cloud platforms and migration strategies, IAM, PKI, encryption, network and API security, and DevSecOps is required. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 is also expected. Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills are essential; relevant architecture certifications, AI/ML knowledge, and experience using AI tools responsibly are advantageous.
