Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive project or program management experience, particularly in large-scale infrastructure environments. Required qualifications include experience applying formal governance and project management methodologies, practical exposure to security operations, infrastructure monitoring, compliance, or technical remediation, and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills, an agile mindset, and a focus on process improvement are essential. Candidates should also be able to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows, applying sound judgment to data and AI outputs.
